Acceptance

By downloading or using One Important Thing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

One Important Thing is a habit tracking app. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers or collect user data.

Subscriptions

The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase option to unlock premium features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and branding are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

User Content

You own all data you create within the app. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other causes. Use the export feature to back up your data.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. For subscriptions, Apple's standard EULA also applies where not superseded by these terms.
